Q) How long does it take for our direct mail campaign to get to our customers once everything is finished and approved?
A) Once everything is approved your direct mail campaign should be delivered within 2-5 days.

Delivery Times:
First Class: 2-3 days
Standard: Estimate of two weeks for delivery

4×6 postcards are sent using First Class postage
5×7 and 6×9 postcards are sent using Standard Postage
Please note: If your material is time sensitive you should use First Class

Q) I don’t have a mailing list, can you provide us with one?
A) Yes. As part of our service we can provide you with a highly targeted database of qualified prospects and customers.

Q) Do you provide stuff envelopes?
A) No. We only do direct mail using postcards. This is because postcards are more effective than regular envelope mailings, many times by 50% or more.

Q) What is included in mailing services?

• Data process of one mailing list ($25 for each additional list)
• C.A.S.S. Certification (Coding Accuracy Support System)
• N.C.O.A (National Change of Address)
• De-dup list
• Pre-sorting
• Ink-jet setup and addressing
• Post Office delivery

Q) Can we use our own postal permit?
A) No, mailing service is only offered to customers that want to use 4over’s permit.
